Ray Steinberg, the owner, has over 40 years of Civil & Structural Engineering experience.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois and a Masters degree from U.S.C.  He worked for the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety for 10 years before going into business in 1979.  He also has a staff of Engineers who also have several years experience in Structural Engineering to help to serve our clients’ needs.

Mr. Steinberg also has 20+ years being an Expert Witness as a Structural Engineering Forensic Consultant.  He goes to the field to investigate the problem, as well as pours through the documents to find the necessary information to help the case.  His expertise helps him to accurately review & analyze construction litigation cases.  He also does Depositions and Trial Testimony for his clients.
